【Abstract】 A colormetric method for the determination of potency in the fermentation broth was done as a dark blue material by reacting with anisaldehyde sulphric acid. In certain range, the potency of Hainanmycin was linear with the degree of colour. The result showed that this method was rapid, simple and had good repeatability.更多还原
