【Abstract】 his paper introduces that the high turbidity wastewater treatment technologe by physicochemical means, and the constraction of the new purifier. It mainly introduces the mechanism of the wastewater from the reproduced paper making purification and water reusing; proving up to the hilt that it was a great success, to treat high turbidity inorganic wastewater and highly concentrated organic wastewater by physicochemical means depending on a clever combination of the coagulation technology with the principle of hydrodynamics disign.
