C207型联醇催化剂中毒原因探讨
A Look into the Causes for Poisoning of C207 Methanol Synthesis Catalyst
【摘要】 通过对从工业合成塔内不同轴向位置取出使用后的C207型铜基甲醇催化剂的俄歇电子能谱,X一射线衍射和孔结构参数测定和研究,表明铜基联醇催化剂可发生硫中毒、结焦和羰基铁中毒。发现催化剂中毒失活后孔结构参数和晶格结构发生较大变化。
【Abstract】 Used C207 methanol synthesis catalyst was taken from different axial positions in commercial reactor in an ammonia-methanol coproduction plant. Auger energy spectrum (AES), XRD and measurementof pore structural parameters were used to study the causes for poisoning of the catalyst. Results showthat the cause for poisoning may include sulfur poisoning,coking and ferro-carbonyl poisoning. It wasfound that pore structural parameters and crystalline structure change greatly after poisoning of the catalyst.
