【摘要】 本文调查了１９９２～１９９３年广西８４个暴发点中人群的麻疹年龄发病专率及暴发后麻疹ＨＩ阴性率，用以推算人群在暴发前后的麻疹易感率。发现暴发前２０岁以内的人易感率已高达２０％以上，暴发后人群残余易感率仍有１６％。作者认为在广西亚热带，少数民族山区，可将２０岁以内２０％的人群易感率作为开始暴发的临界点，１６％作为暴发流行的终止点。用此作为监测麻疹是否流行的指标更多还原

【Abstract】 The age specific attack rate and HI sero negative rate at 84 spots of measles oubreak in Guangxi during 1992￣1993 was investigated for detecting the pre-and post-outbreak susceptibility rate of measles in population it was found that the susceptibility rate in population age under 20 years reached 20% or more at onset of measles outbreak and the residual susceptibility rate still remained 16% after outbreak the author considered that in Guangxi,the subtropical,minorities,and mountainous area,20% susceptibility rate in a given population aged under 20 years might be the threshold point and 16% might be the stop point for measles outbreak Itmight be the indicator of surveillance to determine measles outbreak or not \ \更多还原
