【Abstract】 In this paper, We report the designing and manufacturing of the miniature LWIR bandpass filter which is used in low temperature. We describe the special processing condition of the filter. The shifting of center wavelength with the temperature is analyzed and tested. The shifting-adjusted filter is given out.更多还原
