微型低温远红外带通滤光片的研制
Development of Miniature LWIR Bandpass Filter Used in Low Temperature
【摘要】 论述了微型低温远红外带通滤光片的设计和研制。介绍了该滤光片不同于一般远红外滤光片的研制工艺。测试出了低温下该滤光片中心波长漂移参数,并给出和分折了校准后的测试结果。
【Abstract】 In this paper, We report the designing and manufacturing of the miniature LWIR bandpass filter which is used in low temperature. We describe the special processing condition of the filter. The shifting of center wavelength with the temperature is analyzed and tested. The shifting-adjusted filter is given out.
