【摘要】 目的：探讨宫颈癌、卵巢癌患者白细胞和癌细胞体外抗癌药物敏感性的相关性。方法：用ＭＴＴ法，体外测定了宫颈癌（１７例）和卵巢癌（１８例）患者白细胞和癌细胞抗癌药物敏感性。结果：卵巢癌患者白细胞和癌细胞的药敏率没有显著差异、相关性好。结论：宫颈癌患者白细胞对５ＦＵ、ＤＤＰ、ＰＹＭ、ＣＴＸ、ＭＴＸ、ＶＣＲ药敏率均低于癌细胞，有非常显著的差异（Ｐ＜０．０５，Ｐ＜０．０１）。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:A sensitive study on the anti cancer drugs between the cancer cells and the leucocyte in the patients with cervical carcinoma or ovary cancer with MTT assay in vitro Method:The sensitivity of the cancer cells and the peripheral blood leukocytes (PBL) to anti cancer drugs were tested by MTT method in 17 cases of the patients with cervical carcinoma and 18 cases with ovary cancer.Results:The results showed that there were not significant differences in the sensitivity between the leucocytes and concer cells to 10 kinds of the drugs in ovary cancer patients Conclusion:The sensitivities of the leucocytes in the cervical carcinoma patients to 5 FU, DDP, BLM, CTX, VCR were significant lower than that of the cancer cells (P<0 05,P<0 01)更多还原
