α-Al2O3纳米粉的烧结初期机理研究
SINTERING MECHANISM OF α -Al 2O 3 NANO_ CRYSTALLINE POWDER IN INITIAL STAGE
【摘要】 采用等速升温和恒温烧结方法,对一次颗粒粒径为10nm、团聚强度分别为76MPa和234MPa的α-Al2O3纳米粉的初期烧结机理进行了研究.结果表明两种纳米粉的初期烧结均受晶界扩散控制.团聚强度为76MPa的α-Al2O3纳米粉烧结激活能为328kJ/mol;而团聚强度为234MPa的纳米粉体烧结激活能为445kJ/mol.
【Abstract】 Sintering mechanism of two kinds of α -Al 2O 3 powder with a primary particle diameter of 10nm and agglomeration strength of 76MPa and 234MPa respectively was investigated by sintering at a constant heating rate and sintering at a constant temperature methods. For both kinds of powder sintering in the initial stage were controlled by grain boundary diffusion. For the α -Al 2O 3 powder with agglomeration strength of 76MPa,activation energy of sintering was determined to be 328kJ/mol, while for the powder with agglomeration strength of 234MPa, the activation energy was 445kJ/mol.
