【摘要】 该文从中国南部经济发展的跨地域经济协作之必然出发，以可持续性发展的公平性、持续性、共同性作准则，认识到我国的地区经济发展与周边国家和地区之间存在着相互依存性和整体性的特征，拟构以广西为核心区，包括中国西南、华南、东南部沿海区域，以及东南亚地区所组成的环北部湾圈层辐射开放经济协作模式。通过这一跨地域的经济协作系统，中国全面推行全方位开放的宏观布局将在西南部、南部地区的经济发展中形成新的增长区，它以沿海、沿江、沿边的优势，兼有海洋资源与内陆资源的条件，更兼有国内经济联合与国外经济协作之便的特点，促进中国经济在新世纪持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Considering the inevitability of economic cooperation of transregion in South China and the specialities of interdependency and integrality for economic development between China and the neighbor countries,based on equality,continuity and universality,this paper constructs a model of economic cooperation of trans-region taking Guangxi as a central area,incuding the south -west of China,the south of China,the coast area of south-east of China and the south-east Asia——around Beibu Bay area.Through the model,Chinese overall arrangementwill form a new economic developing area in the south-west of China.It will have the advantages of alongshore,along river,alongfrontier,and the advantages of sea resources and national resources.and the convenience of domestic and overseas economic cooperation .Ii will promote Chinese economy to develope sustainably in the new century.更多还原
