界面酸碱作用对粘接性能的贡献
Contribution of the Interfacial Acid-Base Reaction on Adhesion Property
【摘要】 通过测定非极性液体,酸性液体及碱性液体在聚合物表面的接触角,并计算液/固接触体系界面粘附功的酸碱作用成分,考察了MMA一天然橡胶接枝聚合物,AAM(AA)一天然橡胶接枝聚合物及以酸、碱性偶联刑改性的硅橡胶胶料表面对酸碱性液体的酸碱配位作用;另外,测定了改性硅橡胶胶粘剂对酸、碱性的基材的粘接力,讨论了界面酸碱作用对粘接性能的贡献。
【Abstract】 By measuring the contact angle of the interfaces of acidic,basic and non-polar liquid to polymer systems,and calculating the acid-base interaction component of adhesi0n work (Waab), this paper investigated the acid-base interaction behavior of the interfaces between liquids to MMA-NR, AAM-NR and AANR graft polymers and silicone rubbers which include an acidic or basic silane coupling agent’ Moreover,this paper determined the adhesion strength of silicone rubbers to acidic and basic substrates and discussed the contribution of acid-base interaction on adhesion property.
