【Abstract】 The environment state of ocean in Guangxi is described briefly. The pollution in the sea areas caused by human activities results in negative effects. Development in non order causes severe erosion to seashore, An ambiguous administrative jurisdiction over administrative system of oceanic environment appears, each does things in his own way and not permeating each other, imperfection of laws and regulations.
