大型柴油机活塞顶环槽激光淬火层的耐磨性研究
Research on Wear Resistance of the Laser Quenched Groove of the Piston Head in Large Diesel Engine
【摘要】 研究了大型柴油机活塞项环槽激光淬火层的组织、耐磨性和磨损机理。激光淬火的环槽表面具有良好的耐磨性,比原高频淬火和镀铬工艺处理的耐磨性有较大提高。实际运行结果在明,激光淬火是提高大型柴油机活塞顶使用寿命的有效途径。
【Abstract】 The structure, wear resistance and wear mechanism of laser quenched layer on the groove surface of the piston head were studied in this paper. Laser quenched groove surface has high wear resistance, and its wear resistance is higher than that of groove by using high frequency quenching and chromium plating method. Practical results show that wear resistance of the groove surface is improved remarkably by laser quenching. It is an effective way to prolong the service life of the piston head.
