碳含量对非调质塑料模具钢组织与性能的影响

【摘要】 利用Formaster-F相变仪测试了非调质塑料模具钢的CCT曲线,用光学、电子显微镜观察分析了微观组织特征,测试了钢的力学性能及切削性能。结果表明:随碳含量的增加,铜的过冷奥氏体稳定性增加,钢中铁素体量减少,贝氏体量增加,强度和硬度随之提高,韧性则降低;钢的切削性能随碳含量增加而降低。

【Abstract】 The CCT curves of the steels were measured by Formaster-F automatic control transformation instrument. The microstructure features were investigated with metallograhpic microscope and transmission electron microscopy. The properties and machinability of the steels have been tested.The experimental results show that when the carbon content of steels increases, the stability of supercooled austenite will increase, the strength and hardness increase with the decreasing of ferrite and the increasing of bainite, the toughness and machinability will fall.
