电化学加工法降低硅钢片铁损的研究
Study on Reducing Core Loss of Silicon Steel Sheet by ECM
【摘要】 应用电化学加工方法对30Z140硅钢片进行处理试验,研究表面粗糙度及厚度对硅钢片铁损的影响。试验表明,粗糙度低,铁损小;硅钢片厚度有最佳范围,轧向为0.16~0.18mm,横向为0.18~0.20mm。
【Abstract】 The effects of both surface roughness and thickness on the core loss of grain-oriented silicon steel sheet have been investigated by using electrochemical machining (ECM). The results show that the core loss reduces with the decrement of roughness, at the same time there are optimum ranges of thickness, i. e. the parallel direction of rolling is 0. 16~0. 18mm and the vertical direction of rolling is 0. 18~0. 20mm
