如何韧化颗粒增强金属基复合材料
How to Toughen Particulate-Reinforced Metal Matrix Composites
【摘要】 对颗粒增强金属基复合材料的韧性进行了综述。指出这类材料与对应基体合金相比韧性较低,其原因主要是:基体中流变应力的改变、颗粒的断裂、颗粒的不均匀分布和材料拉伸塑性的降低。可采用复合后二次加工或结构韧化的方法改善这类材料的韧性。
【Abstract】 The paper reviews the toughness of particulate-rein forced Metal Matrix Composites. It is pointed out that these composites exist lower toughness than related matrix alloys. The mainly re-sulting factors are the change of the flowing stress in matrix, the fracture of particulates, the non-uni-form distribution of particulates and the decreasing of the tensile ductility of the material. There are two methods which can be used to toughen these composites, second-process after manufacture or structural toughening
