TiC量对激光熔覆金属陶瓷涂层的影响

【摘要】 研究了在20钢表面激光熔覆不同TiC量的金属陶瓷涂层。结果表明,随着涂层中TiC量的增加,金属陶瓷涂层组织特征发生变化,硬度增加。同时也使涂层热应力增加,导致涂层与基体润湿性差,结合强度降低。最后提出了改善界面结合强度的措施。

【Abstract】 The ceramic coatings of Fe-base alloy clad on 20 steel were studied by using a high power CO2 laser. The results show that the structure of ceramic coating was changed and its hardness wasincreased with the increment of TiC content in precoating. Meanwhile, because of TiC content increasehot stress was increased and wettability was decreased thus lead to the decrease of interface bindingstrenth. Methods for improving binding strength of the interface between laser ceramic coating andmetal matrix were proposed
