大骨节病、克山病共存区及特异病区血硒及有关生化指标的测定

【摘要】 测定了陕西彬县大骨节病区、克山病共存区,云南牟定单纯克山病区,陕西安康"高硒"大骨节病区及四川南部低硒无病区人群血硒、维生素 C 及磷含量。结果表明,以低硒为中心的代谢紊乱是克山病、大骨节病区人群共同具有的基本生化特征,低硒仍是两病发病的重要因素;病区人群缺硒的同时伴有维生素 C 的缺乏或相对缺乏;大骨节病区人群低硒较克山病区人群更加明显,两病区儿童低硒较成人更加明显。

【Abstract】 Blood Se,vitamin C and P content was determined in people from a co-existence of KBD and KSD endemic-area at Bin county in Shanxi province,a KSD-endemic area at Mouding county in Yunnan province and a KBD-endemie area at Ankang city in Shanxi province as well as a non-endemic areas with selenium defeciency at Nanbu county in Sichuan province. The results showed that there was a biochemical metabolic disorder related to the low-Se factor inside body of people from KBD and KSD-endimic areas, and Se content in blood of children from endemic areas was lower than that of the aduhs from endemic ar- eas,and blood Se content in the people from KBD-endemic areas was lower than that in the KSD-endemic areas. Moreover,low-Se inside the body of people from endemic areas went with a decrease of plasma vi- tamin C content. Those indicated that Se-deficiency is an important factor in some intermediate steps of the pathogenesis of both the disease.
