【Abstract】 The crude astragal in Astragulus menbranaceus was prepared by extracting of water and purifing of EtOH. The vis-spectrophotometer and atomic absorption spectrophotometer were used to determine the content of astragalus and the trace elements respectively. The results showed that the content of astragalus and the trace elements such as Cu, Zn, Mn and Fe in Astragalus menbranaceus which was collected at the begining of May and at the end at Oct. was higher than that in those collected in other seasons.更多还原
