铅致骨髓细胞微核异常的防治研究
Prophylaxis of Abnormal Micronuclei of Bone Marrow Erythocytes Caused by Lead
【摘要】 营养性驱铅饮料对铅致骨髓细胞微核异常的防治大鼠研究结果表明:铅料组饮铅[659mg/(kg.d)]连续3月后,平均骨髓细胞微核千分率高达9.75,平均血铅高达3.69±0.05μmol/L,体重仅为216.9±24.6g。而饮料组[铅:659mg/(kg·d)+饮料]大鼠平均骨髓细胞微核千分率为5.22,与铅料组相比差异有高度显著性(P<0.01),与空白对照组(3.94‰)相近(P<0.05);平均血钳浓度(1.58±0.05μmol/L)也较铅料组低(P<0.01),而体重(278.1±73.0g)则较铅料组高(P<0.01),而与空白对照组(287.9±100.1g)相近(P>0.05)。提示:营养性驱铅饮料防治铅致骨髓细胞微核异常有明显效果,且能促进机体正常发育。
【Abstract】 A study was made on use of the lead-expelling nutritional beverage for treating prophylchs of abnormal micronuclei of bone marrow erythrocytes caused by lead. The results showed that the frequency of micronuclei in bone marrow erythrocytes of rats given lead (659 mg/kg. d) for 3 months was 9. 75 ‰;the average concentration of blood lead reached 3. 69±0. 05μmol/L; the body weight was 216. 9 ±24. 6g. Meanwhile, the average frequency of micronuclei of bone marrow erythrocytes in the rats given the lead-expelling nutrtional beverage (5.22‰) was lower than that of the lead group (P<0.01), butclose to that of the control group (3.94‰); the average concentration of blood lead (1 .58±0.05μmol/L) was also lower than that of the lead group; The body weight (278. 1±73 .0g) was higher than that of the lead group and close to that Of the coned group (287. 9 ±100. 1g). From these results,we can see that making use of the lead-expelling nutrition beverage to prophylaxis of abnormal micronuclei of bone marrow erythrocytes caused by lead has tangible effect, it can stimulate and reach full growth.
