复合材料混合模式分层断裂的实验表征
Experimental Characterization of Mixed-Mode Interlaminar Fracture in Composite Materials
【摘要】 介绍了一种碳纤维增强复合材料混合模式层间断裂试验方法,它采用改进的混合模式弯曲试验构型,可对Ⅰ型对Ⅱ型断裂按比例加载,且使用对称开裂的梁形试件。讨论了影响混合模式能量释放率测量值准确度的因素。为获得精确的结果,推荐了一种针对剪切变形和梁根部旋转的修正方法,这些因素在梁理论分析中没有恰当地模拟.最后,作为实例展示了两种复合材料混合模式层间断裂试验的结果。
【Abstract】 A mised-mode interlaminar frature test method for Carbon fiber reinforced composites is presented. The method adopts the modified mined-mode bending test confteuratinn, lbading scheme in the proportinn between mode Ⅰ and mode Ⅱ fractures and symmetrically cracked beam specimen. The factors influencing precision of the measured energy release rate in mised mode are discussed. To obtam accurate results,a correCtion method is recommended for the shcar deformatlon and the beam root rotation that’were not properly mode1ed by simple beam theory. Finally, as an exmple, results of mised-mode inter-laminar fracture tests for two composite materas are shown.
