铝硅酸溶胶在不同pH值条件下的聚集特性

【摘要】 本文研究了铝硅酸溶胶在不同pH值条件下的聚集特性,发现铝硅酸溶胶加无机酸后的聚集过程是一种聚沉或絮凝过程,无法通过用无机酸调节pH值的方法使得铝硅酸溶胶胶凝成具有足够强度的凝胶,溶胶在pH=70左右时就开始发生聚沉,在pH=35左右时聚沉速度最快,当pH≤30时,不仅已聚集的胶粒又重新分散,而且原始胶粒也分散成小胶粒,溶胶稳定,文中对铝硅酸溶胶在不同pH值条件下的聚集机理进行了探讨

【Abstract】 The aggregation behavior of aluminosilica sol under different pH was studied.The results showed that when inorganic acid is added to aluminosilica sol,coagulation or flocculation,instead of gelatination,will take place.It is therefore impossible to prepare cake gel by adding inorganic acid to aluminosilica sol.When acid is added to aluminosilica sol to reduce the pH value to less than 7.0,coagulation takes place.The coagulation volume changes with pH value.When pH is less than3.0,not only the aggregated particles,but also the primary colloid particles are broken and the sol becomes stable.The aggregation mechanism of aluminosilica sol under different pH is discussed in this paper.
