【Abstract】 s The significant achievement of diligently working by the faculty for the construction and development of the discipline of Animal Breeding and Genetics and Animal Reproduction for past forty years is Ph. D. Program of Animal Breeding and Genetics and Animal Reproduction of Gansu Agricultural University authorized by the sixteenth conference of Evaluation Committee of Acadenic Degree of the State Council. The major experience obstained by the faculty is giving full play to academic advantage and setting up a distinctive discipline which includes strengthening an academic orderly system of succession of teachers as the core of construction of discipline, cultivating and choosing outstanding academic leaders as the key, selecting the researching direction carefully as the premise, improving the working and educational condition, academic environment as the base, being taken seriously by leaders and working hard together as the virtal guarantee.更多还原
