喀斯特地区水下岩塞爆破的研究──印江岩口特大型山体滑坡应急整治工程水下岩塞爆破设计与分析
Study on Underwater Rock Plug Burst in Karst Area
【摘要】 印江岩口岩塞属大型深水岩塞,为泄碴、排孔、敞开式岩塞爆破类型,是特大型滑坡抢险救灾工程的技术关键。是我国首次采用的洞室无衬砌、泄水无闸门,岩碴处理无集碴坑或缓冲坑的条件下的岩塞爆破新技术,在喀斯特发育地区成功的应用;采用直径6m的排孔岩塞爆破,超过国内外5m的经验上限值。解决了碎石层及砂卵石层覆盖物下的岩塞爆破技术。爆破首次选用浆状炸药(第三代乳化炸药)。爆破后,预裂孔残孔率接近100%,进水口成型好,泄碴洞室磨蚀轻微,为国内外所罕见,被专家誉为1997年中国关键的一炮。
【Abstract】 The rock plug in Yankou, Yinjing. Guizhou is belong to large-scale one in deep water, is array-hole, open type forballast escaping. the burst was performed under the conditions such as tunnel without lines, discharging water without using gates,treating ballast without ballast collecting pits, and the application of this technology, which is the first in our country, is successful inkarst area The diameter of the array holes is 6 m. The emulsified blasting powder was first used. The remain hole ratio after presplitblasting is nearly 100%. The portal formation is good, and ballast escaping only slightly eroded the tunnels
