石蜡基原油直馏轻柴油增产途径的研究

【摘要】 对属石蜡基原油的柴达木盆地原油生产的直馏馏份油,加入柴油降凝剂后其感受性能、降凝效果和馏份油低温流动性的变化趋势进行了研究.采用保冷滤点和降凝固点的办法,成功地生产了符合质量要求的-10号和-20号加剂柴油,此方案能使同类原油生产的直馏轻柴油收率提高4%~5%.

【Abstract】 For the straight distillate oil from Chaidamu basin crude oil with high wax content, the susceptibility to flow improver, the effect of depressant low temperature fluidity of doped fuels, and the proper use of the improver, were studied. The diesel fuel with pour point of -10℃ and -20℃ can be successfully produced, from Chaidamu crude oil with the use of flow improver, by the way of keeping cold filter plugging point and dropping freezing point, and the yield of diesel fuel was increased by 4%~5%.
