硝基苯催化加氢制备对氨基酚的研究(Ⅰ)
Synthesis of p-Aminophenol by Catalytic Hydrogenation of Nitrobenzene over Pt/Active Carbon Catalyst(Ⅰ)
【摘要】 探讨了常压下硝基苯催化加氢制备对氨基酚所用铂/碳催化剂的制备方法,考察了浸渍液,还原温度,铂含量循环套用等因素对催化剂性能的影响,结果表明:在一定条件下制备的催化剂用于常用压硝基苯催化剂加氢转化率可达68%,选择性900%,并且套用十次以上无明显失活。
【Abstract】 Abstract The preparation of Pt/C catalyst used in the synthesis of p-aminophenol(PAP)from nitrobenzene by hydrogenation under normal pressure was investigated.The effects of different impregnation,reduction temperature,contents of Pt in the support on the reactivates of catalysts were examined.It is found that the conversion of the nitrobenzene to PAP reaches to 68 0%with a selectivity of 90 0%,The prepared catalyst can be used ten times without loss of reactivity.
