【Abstract】 The study on the alignment film for high pretilt angle liquid crystal display was reported. The alignment film was based on polyimides containing long main chain alkyl groups. The pretilt angle of the display increased linearly with the increase of the length of the alkyl group and could achieve values greater than 5°. It was also observed that the pretilt angles obtained exhibited great stability.更多还原
