手性2-苯基嘧啶类液晶的合成研究
Synthesis and Properties of Chiral 2Phenylpyrimidine Liquid Crystalline Compounds
【摘要】 合成了4个系列共20个手性双烷氧基端基2-苯基嘧啶化合物,其中13个是新化合物。液晶性质测试结果表明它们都是近晶相液晶,有些还有多相性。文中讨论了不同端基对液晶性质的影响。
【Abstract】 Four series ⅠⅣ,total 20 compounds of chiral 2phenylpyrimidine with two alkyloxy terminal groups were synthesized. Among them,13 compounds were new compounds. The chemical structures of all compounds were determined by IR,1HNMR, MS and elementary analysis. Their liquid crystal properties were tested by POM and DSC. The results showed that they all had a smectic phase and some of them had a chiral smectic C phase (Sc*) near room temperature. The effect of different terminal groups on the mesomorphic properties was discussed.
