【Abstract】 The paper reviews the theory of the electrodeposited technique for functional ceramic coating,and the applications of the technique in preparing functional ceramic coating such as superconducting ceramic, bioactive ceramic, ferroelectric ceramic, etc. The influences of some main experimental variables in the electrodeposited process on properties of functional ceramic coating are discussed as well.更多还原
