可膨胀石墨制备研究

【摘要】 本文根据制造可膨胀石墨的有关理论,分别对插入剂、氧化剂的优化选择及最佳工艺条件进行了探讨试验,均达到了预期目的。其中以硫酸、醋酸和钼酸铵为插入剂,以高锰酸钾为氧化剂的制备方法,不但具有较高的膨胀率,而且具有较高的工业应用价值。另外,使用磷酸溶液浸泡可膨胀石墨,也取得了提高膨胀率、降低高温氧化等较为理想的结果。

【Abstract】 According to the theory of the prparation of expandable graphite , the selections of inserting agent , oxidizing agent and operating conditions were investigated in this paper . The higher expansion ratio and the higher applying value of the expandable graphite were obained when sulfuric acid , acetic acid and ammonium molybdate were used as inserting agent and potassium permanganate was used as oxidizing agent . Also . the expansion ratio could be enhanced and the oxidization at high temperature could be reduced when the expanded graphite was immersed into potassium acid solution .
