超临界流体干燥法制备超细钡铁氧体粉末──Ⅰ.制备参数对产品物相的影响
The Preparation of BaFe12O19 by the Supercritical Fluid Drying Method──Ⅰ. The Influences of Preparation Parameters on the Phase of Product
【摘要】 利用X-射线衍射仪(XRD)对超细粉末BaFe12O19的相变过程进行了考察。其中主要考察了溶液浓度、pH值、焙烧温度、时间以及气氛等对最终产品物相的影响。结果得出:溶液浓度为0.10~0.50mol/L、pH值为11.0~12.0、焙烧温度为700~750℃、焙烧时间为3.5~4h、在空气中焙烧时能得到单一相的BaFe12O19晶体。
【Abstract】 The phase transformation of the BaFe12O19 prepared by the supercritical fluid drying method (SCFD) was studied by the XRD technique. The influences of the solution concentration, pH value, calcination temperature, time and atmosphere were investigated. The results indicated that the conditions of preparing the purity BaFe12O19 consisted of the solution concentration 1. 0-0. 5M, the pH value 11. 0- 12. 0, the calcination temperature 700-750℃, time 3. 5-4h and air atmosphere respectively.
