不同的烧结条件对Sol-gel法制备Y-123超导材料的影响
The Effect of Different Sintering Conditions on Y-123 Superconductors Materials Made by Sol-gel Method
【摘要】 报道了用 sol- gel 法合成的超导原粉YBa2 Cu3O7-δ和 YBa Cu32 F0 .6O7-δ,在不同的烧结条件下 ,显示出不同的超导转变温度 ( Tc)。从中得到了最佳烧结条件 :Y- 12 3为 980℃ / 6h;Y( F) - 12 3为 980℃ / 6h+管状炉 90 0℃ / 2 4 h。并分析了样品的物相结构和形貌。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the superconductors powder of YBa 2Cu 3O 7 δ and YBa 2Cu 3F 0.6 O 7 δ synthesized by sol gel method appeared different superconductors transition temperature (T c) in different sintering conditions. And the best sintering condition had been drawn was Y 123 980℃/6h, F doping Y 123 980℃/6h and pipe store 900℃/24h. The sample ’s structure was also analyzed.
