Fe73.5Ag1.0Nb3.0Si13.5B9.0软磁合金的结构和磁性
The Structure and Magnetic Properties of Fe73.5Ag1.0Nb3.0Si13.5B9.0 Soft Magnetic Alloy
【摘要】 利用 X射线衍射及磁测量等方法研究了不同退火温度下 Fe73.5Ag1.0 Nb3.0 Si13.5B9.0 软磁合金的结构和磁性。发现 Fe73.5Ag1.0 Nb3.0 Si13.5B9.0 非晶态合金在50 0℃下退火处理 1h后 ,有少量的 α- Fe和单质 Ag析出 ,此时的软磁性能较好。随退火温度的增加 ,Fe2 3B6、Fe2 B、Fe3B、等 Fe- B化合物大量析出 ,软磁性能急剧下降。在 Fe73 .5Ag1.0 Nb3.0 Si13.5B9.0 非晶态合金中 Ag不能起到与 Cu相同的作用 ,退火处理后不能得到单一的α- Fe( Si)纳米晶。
【Abstract】 The X ray diffraction was used to monitor the structural changes of Fe 73.5 Ag 1.0 Nb 3.0 Si 13.5 B 9.0 amorphous alloy under the different annealing temperature.The magnetic properties of the samples were investigated.A small amount of α Fe and Ag were observed after the sample was annealed at 500℃ for 1h. At that time,the magnetic properties of the sample were good. With increasing treatment temperature,Fe 23 B 6、Fe 2B、Fe 3B were separated out and magnetic properties of the samples decreased quickly.The nanocrystalline alloy couldn’t be gained after the sample was annealed.
