低Cr-Mo-Re抗磨铸铁抛丸机叶片的生产研究
Production Study of Low Cr - Mo - Re Abrasion - Resistant White Iron Cast Throwing Blade
【摘要】 试制一种低Cr-Mo-Re抗磨铸铁抛丸机叶片,代替青岛黄河铸造机械有限公司的叶片,新叶片的硬度HRC≥62,冲击值A_K≥6(J)可代替购买的叶片,每年为工厂节省70多万人民币。
【Abstract】 Trial producing a low Cr - Mo - Re abrasion - resistant white inn cast blade for sand blaster to replace blades made by Qingdao Huanghe Cast Machinery Company with baldness HR ≥ 62,impact AK≥6 (J) ,a saving of above 700,000 RMB predicted annually with new ones.
