【摘要】 ８２例轻、中度高血压患者随机进入研究，７５例完成试验，其中非洛地平缓释片组（Ｆ组）３８例，硝苯地平控释片组（Ｎ组）３７例。采用单盲给药，非洛地平缓释片自５ｍｇ／ｄ开始，硝苯地平控释片自４０ｍｇ／ｄ开始。２周后根据血压下降情况分别增加剂量至１０ｇ～１５ｍｇ／ｄ和６０～８０ｍｇ／ｄ，４周后结束试验。效果判断标准以卫生部颁发的《药物临床研究指导原则》中有关心血管系统临床研究原则，两组分别与治疗前比较和组间比较，行ｔ检验，Ｐ＜０．０５为差异有显著性。结果表明，Ｆ组与Ｎ组均有良好的降压效果，与治疗前比较均有显著性差异，但组间比较差异无显著性。两组不良反应均较轻，提示非洛地平缓释片对轻、中度高血压患者有良好降压效果，耐受性好，可作为抗高血压第一线药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Seventyfive of eighttwo cases of mild and moderate hypertension were divided randomly into two groups:felodipine group(Fgroup,38 patients) and nifedipine group(Ngroup,37 patients).The drugs were given with singleblind method:at the beginning,felodipine 5mg/d,nifedipine 40mg/d.Two weeks after,according to the conditions of dropping of blood pressure,the dosages increased to 10～15mg/d.and 60～80mg/d.respectively;after 4 weeks the trial finished.The results showed that the antihypertensive effects in Fgroup and Ngroup were good with significant difference compared with pretreatment,while no significant difference in comparison between both groups was observed.The adverse reactions in both groups were mild,suggesting that felodipine sustained release tablet showed good effect for mild and moderate hypertension and might be used as first line antihypertensive drug.更多还原
