大型火电厂锅炉燃煤分层混烧最优化研究
Research on Optimizing Mixed Burning of Coal by Layer for Boilers in Large Thermal Power Plant
【摘要】 在对混煤燃烧特性充分研究的基础上,提出了在炉膛内分层混配掺烧方式,以降低火力发电厂的发电成本且保证锅炉安全运行。利用微机开发的配煤代化指导系统以最小标煤单价为目标函数,结合负荷曲线,对分层混烧煤量的配比进行最优化处理,以指导操作人员对混煤进行合理调配。运行试验表明,该系统操作灵活方便,具有较好的经济效益。
【Abstract】 On basis of full researches on burning characteristics of blended coal, this peper gives mixed burning pattern by layer in furnace in order to lower power generating cost for thermal power plant and ensure safe operation of boiler. The optirnum coal blending guidance system developed by computer can optimize tbe blending of COal by com-blning load curve with Min. unit price of standard coal being target function in order to guide operators to blend coal reasonably. Operating test sbows that tbis system is flexible and easy to operate and has good economic beuefit.
