正交设计法在工业锅炉燃烧试验中的应用
Application of Orthogonal Design to Combustion Test of Industrial Boiler
【摘要】 在一台燃油、燃气混烧的锅炉上,用一个3因素3水平的正变试验,确定燃烧器的一、二、三次风门的最佳开度,表明锅炉能达到最佳效率,实现节约燃料的目的。
【Abstract】 In an oil-gas mixing fired boiler,an orthogonal test with three factorsand three levels was performed to determine the optimum opening of primary,secondaryand tertiary air doors of burner to show that the boiler can reach the optimum efficiencyand achieve the goal ot fuel-saving.
