【摘要】 文中介绍了上海锅炉厂1025t/h亚临界直流锅炉水冷墨水动力特性的理论研究。运用两相流体流动压降的计算模型,通过计算机程序计算得到了锅炉上、中、下三个辐射区的水动力特性曲线,并依此水动力曲线反向计算得到了水冷壁各辐射区宽度方向上的工质流量分配,计算表明,该锅炉水动力在所有负荷下都是足够稳定的。但尽管各回路的流量分配考虑了热负荷的影响,在回路内部,仍存在着较大的流量偏差。

【Abstract】 This essay introduces the theoretical research on waterwall hydraulic characteristics of 1025 t/h subcritical once-through boiler made by Shanghai Boiler Works.The researchers get the hydraulic curves of three boiler raliate areas (up, middle, down)tlirough computer programs with a calculating mode of two-phase-flow pressure-drop.Then the flow distribution ou waterwall width is calculated out inversely from these curves.It shows that the hydraulic characteristics of this boiler are stable enough under all conditions. Large flow difference still exists among tubes in one loop, though the influence of heat flux is considered for flow distribution in each loop.
