聚硅酸铝盐絮凝机理的新认识
A NEW RECONGNITION OF COAGULATION MECHANISM OF POLYMER SILICA ALUMINIUM FLOCCULANT
【摘要】 聚硅酸铝盐絮凝剂在pH值2~12的原水中絮凝性能相同;当Si-O/Al3+摩尔比为4∶1至1∶1时,絮凝效果好,而Si-O/Al3+摩尔比为5∶1或1∶2时,絮体小而稀,其絮凝活性在合成10d后逐渐下降,25d后完全失去活性,絮凝机理与该无机高分子结构中高价阳离子的特性吸附有关。
【Abstract】 PSA (Polymer Silica Aluminium) possesses same coagulation property in pH (2~12) raw water; and has excellent coagulation effect when Si-O/Al 3+ molar ratio is 4∶1 to 1∶1 and poor property of coagulation when Si-O/Al 3+ molar ration is 5∶1 or 1∶2. The activity of coagulation comes down after it formed 10 days and loses completely after it formed 25 days. The coagulation mecnanism is related to special absorption of high value cation of the structure of PSA.
