【Abstract】 Based on the full analysis of the characteristics of container transportation system,a two dimensional method adaptable to perpendicular and horizontal evaluation for the construction of container terminal is presented.Meanwhile a correspond evaluation model is provided in this paper.The model herein has been applied in the investigation of MIS & DSS Project in the Research Institute for Water Transport Engineering,the Ministry of Communications,China.The software of the model has been selected as a supplementary tool in decision making of the Comprehensive Dept.of the Ministry of Communications,China.更多还原
