【Abstract】 Silver-palladium alloy powder can be obtained by reducing an intermediate coprecipitated from AgNO 3 and Pd(NO 3) 2 compound solution. An internal electrode Ag-10 Pd powder was prepared by heat treatment. Its paste can be used to manufacture the multilayer ceramic capacitors.
