微驱动技术在新型镗床中的应用
Application of Micro Actuation Technology in the New NC Boring Lathe
【摘要】 介绍了一种采用微驱动技术的新型NC镗床。讨论了以压电元件为动力部件的变形镗杆的工作原理、机械结构及其设计,简单介绍其控制。装有这种新型变形镗杆的NC镗床能高效地镗削活塞异形销孔,并达到微米精度的要求。
【Abstract】 A new deformable boring arm using micro actuation technology is introduced here. The working principle of the deformable boring arm utilizing piezoelectrical elements as the actuator, as well as the mechanical structure, the design, and the control, is discussed. The NC boring lathe equipped with this kind of deformable arm can bore special shaped pin hole for piston efficiently, and meanwhile meet the demand of micro meter accuracy.
