【Abstract】 In this paper, the framework of distributed QFD Quality Function Deployment System supporting teamwork environment for CE is first described. Then, a tool for capturing and evaluating Voice of the Customer(VOC) and a tool for Generation of House of Quality (HOQ) in QFD are presented. The collaborating platform using Computer Supported Cooperative Work (CSCW) techniques are also introduced, which can make the team member work cooperatively during the product development.
