石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定地面水中铝
DETERMINATION OF ALUMINIUM IN GROUNDWATER BY ATOMIC ABSORPTION SPECTRUM OF GRAPHITIC CABINET
【摘要】 用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法,采用加入基体改进剂技术,建立了测定铝的原子吸收光谱分析的新方法。该方法的线性范围为0~20μg/L,检出限为0.042μg/L,相对标准偏差为1.51%,回收率为962%~101.6%.用于监测地面水中铝,获得满意结果。
【Abstract】 A new method is introduced for determining the atomic absorption apectrum of aluminium by atomic absorption spectropho tometry of graphitic cabinet with adding basal developer. The linear range is 0-20μg/L,detection limit is 0. 042μg/L,rela-tive standard error is 1. 51 %, recovery ratio is 96. 2% - 101. 6 %. This method can be used to determine aluminium in ground-water.
