与聚合物发光器相关的若干问题的研究
Studies on Some Problems Related to Light Emitting Diods of Polymers
【摘要】 结合作者在聚合物发光器相关的若干问题的研究结果，评述新型可溶性导电高聚物、透明导电高聚物薄膜，多孔硅与导电高聚物异质结的研究进展。
【Abstract】 This paper reviews on progress of soluble conducting polymers,transparent and conducting thin film of polymers,and heterojunction devices of porous silicon (PS) with conducting polymers,which are related to light emitting diodes (LED).
