调节剂二乙基锌的合成及其在聚丁二烯阴离子聚合中的应用

【摘要】 为得到特种结构的聚丁二烯(PB),采用高分子设计方法,在国内首次将自制的金属型二乙基锌(ZnEt2)调节剂用于丁二烯阴离子聚合中。结果表明,在n-BuLi-ZnEt2引发体系中,ZnEt2的用量对PB微观结构、分子量及其分布影响均不太明显;在n-BuLi-DPE(或TMEDA)-ZnEt2体系中,ZnEt2的加入,导致PB的1,2-结构含量、分子量、聚合速度均明显下降,求得了表观增长速率常数kp″,偶联法能合成产生微观相分离的1,2-1,4-1,2三嵌段PB。

【Abstract】 To obtain special structure polybutadiene, the block 1,2 1,4 PB and 1,2 1,4 1,2 PB were synthesized by using method of high molecule design. The regulator zinc diethyl(ZnEt 2) was first used on anionic polymerization systems of n BuLi Bd cyclohexane of n BuLi DPE(or TMEDA) Bd cyclohexane at home. The results show that the ZnEt 2 has evident effect on microstructure, molecular weight and its distribution of PB with n BuLi as initiator, but the addition of ZnEt 2 to n BuLi DPE(or TMEDA) system can decrease 1,2 content, molecular weight and polymerization rate of PB and its distribution was broader. The apparent propagation rate constant k p″ was gives in certain conditions. The triblock 1,2 1,4 1,2 PB may yield microphase separation and its molecular weight would be higher, distribution be broader by coupling polybutadiene.
