等离子体聚合及其对聚烯烃表面性能的影响
PLASMA POLYMERIZATION AND THE EFFECTS ON POLYOLEFIN SURFACE
【摘要】 介绍了近年来等离子体聚合的发展概况,分析了影响沉积机理的各因素,认为,等离子体聚合过程极其复杂,在不同的工艺条件下有可能产生不同形态的沉积物,如薄膜、粉末和油状物等,探讨了这种等离子薄膜在聚烯烃材料表面改性的应用可能性,认为它可以大幅度地改善材料的表面极性,并有可能获得一类具有独特性能的薄膜,如高渗透膜、高阻隔膜和高耐磨膜等。
【Abstract】 A review was made on the recent advances of plasma polymerization in this paper. It is found that facters influencing the plasma polymerized process are ultra complex, different types of deposited substance can be obtained as thin film, powder and oil under different depositing condition. Some applications for thin film in modifying the polyolefin surface behavior was also discussed. It reveals that such thin film can greatly improve polyolefin surface hydrophility, and will deposite one kind of special thin film with high osmosis or high barrier or high abrasive resistant behavior.
