梯形聚合物BBL的掺杂
DOPING STUDIES OF LADDER POLYMR BBL
【摘要】 梯形聚合物BBL-[poly(benzimidazobenzophenanthroline)ladderpolymer]由1,2,4,5-四胺苯和1,4,5,8-萘四羧酸合成。基体物上的BBL膜由投放BBL的AlCl3/硝基甲烷溶液制备。BBL膜注入P+和B+离子后,可观察到其电导和谱特征(红外、紫外-可见光和顺磁共振谱)的变化。用氯化碘掺杂的BBL膜也进行了对照研究。
【Abstract】 Ladder polymer poly(benzimidazobenzophenanthroline)(BBL) was synthesized from 1,2,4,5tetraaminobenzene and 1,4,5,8naphthalenetetracarboxylic acid. BBL films supported on substrates were produced by casting AlCl3/nitromethane solution of BBL. The BBL films were doped with P+ and B+ by ion implantation. The changes of spectroscopic characteristics(IR, UVvisible and ESR) and conductivity were observed. The BBL film doped by ICl was also studied as a contrast.
