甲基丙烯酸丁酯在碳黑上的接枝聚合
GRAFTING POLYMERIZATION OF BUTYL METHYLACRYLATE IN CARBON BLACK
【摘要】 研究了甲基丙烯酸丁酯(BMA)/碳黑体系中,甲基丙烯酸丁酯在碳黑的接枝聚合及其影响因素,结果表明,反应温度的升高及BPO用量的增加,与甲基丙烯酸丁酯在碳黑上的接枝速度几乎无关,仅使甲基丙烯酸丁酯的自聚速度增加。碳黑经接枝处理后,其阻聚性明显下降。
【Abstract】 Grafting polymerization of BMA in presence of carbon black has been investigated and effects of experimental factors on grafting reaction discussed. It shows that carbon black can intensively retard the polymerization of BMA. When BPO is used as initiator, grafting reaction of BMA in carbon black is not affected by reacting temperature and concentration of BPO in the system. Elevating temperature and increasing concentration of BPO in the system only cause rate of homopolymerization to increasing. After carbon black is treated by means of grafting with BMA its retardation apparently decrease. The greater the grafting ratio, the less the retardation.
