具有窄热触发域的HDPE单丝热收缩行为
THERMO-SHRINKAGE BEHAVIOR OF HDPE MONOFILAMENT WITH ONE PARTICULAR ACTIVATION TEMPERATURE
【摘要】 通过口模拉伸的工艺制备获得了具有高强高模力学性能的HDPE纤维,通过测试纤维的热收缩行为,发现该纤维的热收缩触发域很窄,即在临界温度132℃以下时,其热收缩率很低(小于10%),而高于此温时,收缩率可高达94%以上,同时又具有较高的收缩力,有望作为一种热收缩元件的理想材料。
【Abstract】 The thermo-shrinkage behavior of HDPE monofilament obtained by die drawing process, was investigated. The experimental results show that its thermo activation scope for shrinkage is relatively narrow, e.g., the shrinkage ratio is less than 10% as temperature below 132 ℃, however, when temperature is over this activatiion point, the value is more than 94% and also with high shrinkage force. Such the monofilament with such special thermo behavior could be used as an ideal material for designable thermo-shrinkage parts.
