BA-St-MAA复合乳液共聚合动力学和成核机理的研究
THE KINETICS AND NUCLEATION OF EMULSION COPOLYMERIZATION OF BUTYL ACRYLATESTYRENEMETHACRYLIC ACID WITH MIXED EMULSIFIERS
【摘要】 研究了丙烯酸丁酯(BA)-苯乙烯(St)-甲基丙烯酸(MAA)体系在复合乳化剂存在下的乳液共聚合行为,比较了不同乳化剂浓度对乳液聚合动力学的影响,还从粒子大小、形态、分布以及羧酸分布和胶膜性质等方面探讨了复合乳液的成核机理。
【Abstract】 Behaviors of BAStMAA emulsion copolymerization using complex emulsifiers system conprising anionic emulsifier and nonionic emulsifier were studied. The effects of different emulsifier content on copolymerization kinetics were investigatied. Particle size and distribution analysis of latexs with drawn during course of the reaction was completed byAutosizer". Particle size, morphology, distribution, carboxylic acid distribution and latexs film properties provided important information for the study on nucleation mechanism of copolymerization with mixed emusifiers.
