引发剂引发BMI/DP共聚双马树脂基体研究
STUDY ON BISMALEIMIDE/DIALLYL BISPHENOL A RESIN MATRIX USING INITIATOR CURED
【摘要】 在优选树脂组分的基础上,采用回归正交设计的实验方法优化低温固化双马树脂的配方。通过树脂体系的固化反应特性研究,确定树脂浇铸体和纤维增强复合材料的固化成型工艺,测定其主要力学性能和热性能。研究发现,固化工艺中的低温固化台阶对树脂的耐热性影响很大。引发剂引发改性使双马树脂的固化、后处理温度由200℃、250℃降低到160℃、180℃,并提高了耐热性,但树脂韧性下降较大。改性树脂热变形温度300℃,起始分解温度417.5℃,弯曲强度114MPa。
【Abstract】 In order to decrease the processing temperature and develop a new class of low temp. cured bismaleimide (BMI) resin with excellent heatresistant properties, initiators were chosen to accelerate the copolymerization of p,p′bismaleimidodiphenylmethane with o,o′diallylbisphenol A in this paper. On the basis of selected component, formulations of low temp. BMI resin were optimized by a dual quadratic regression orthogonal combination design method. Cure postcure circle of resin casts and fabrication technique of GF composites were determined according to cure reaction characteristies of resin systems. From our study, cure temp. and postcure temp. of BMI resins are decreased from 200 ℃ and 250 ℃ to 160 ℃ and 180 ℃, and thermal properties of resins are excellent with their HDT being 300 ℃ and initial decomposition temp. being 417.5 ℃. The experiments show that low temp. cure stage of cure circle has a more important role on thermal properties of initiated BMI resins than high temp. cure stage. The modified resin could be used for heatresistant composite structures and composit tools.
